How to use
Buns with garlic and herbs -
Ingredients: 500g of spelled flour type 1050, 1/2 cube of fresh yeast (21g) or 1 sachet that dry yeast, 275ml of warm water, 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of dill chopped, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, 2 tablespoons of oil.
Preparation: Knead all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for around 30 minutes in a warm place, until the dough doubles in volume. Knead once more and form into buns. Place the buns in a greased pan, cover and leave to rest for about another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Place a container of water in the oven. Brush the rolls with milk and let them bake for around 35 minutes.
