How to use
Quick rice pudding recipe - for 2 to 3 people:
- Ingredients: 100g of rice flakes, 500ml of milk (alternatively, soy drink or other vegetable drink), cinnamon, vanilla and sugar to taste.
- Method of Preparation: put the milk or vegetable drink in a pan and the rice flakes. Bring to the heat and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let stand for about 5 minutes so that the flakes increase in volume. Stir well again and you are ready to eat - hot or cold. You can add cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, apple puree or fresh fruit.
