Joint and muscle pain

Pain, usually described as deep pain, is the first symptom and, when it occurs in weight-bearing joints, it is usually aggravated by activities that involve weight-bearing (such as standing). In some people, the joint may become stiff after sleep or inactivity, but the stiffness usually goes away within 30 minutes, especially if the joint is moved.
