How to use
Add the contents of the sachet to 200 ml of boiling water and mix well. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Mix well again. With wet hands, form falafel balls, the size of teaspoons. Fry in plenty of neutral oil (e.g. olive oil), in a frying pan or fryer, until golden.
