Therapeutic indications
Vitamin C has antioxidant properties, so it plays an important role in protecting all structures in the body.
Its main use, in addition to that previously mentioned, is to contribute to the production of collagen, which is the protein that exists in greater quantity in our body, namely in terms of the incorporation of two amino acids, proline and hydroxyproline. Hence it is indispensable for the health of connective tissue, cartilage, tendons, skin, nails and hair.
This vitamin also intervenes in the immune function, in the production of certain neurotransmitters and hormones and in the absorption and use of other nutrients, such as iron.

Composition 
Each tablet provides:

• Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) - 1000mg 1250*
• Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
• Rosehips Powder - 62,5mg
• Glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm and coconut oil).
• Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 tablet a day, preferably with a meal, or as prescribed by your doctor or health care professional.

If you have kidney stones due to oxalates, you should take the non-acid form of vitamin C (Ester-C) and not this one. Not recommended for children under the age of 8 years.
