Composition 
Per capsule:

• Hops strobilus, dry extract - 85 mg;
• California poppy aerial parts, dry extract - 70 mg;
• rhodiola root, dry extract - 70 mg;
• Lime blossom, dry extract - 70 mg;
• Gryphonia seed, dry extract - 65 mg;
• Dandelion root, dry extract - 65 mg;
• Bitter orange blossom, dry extract - 65 mg;
• Peppermint leaf, dry extract - 35 mg;
• Copper - 2000 µg;
• Melatonin - 1,9 mg,
• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) - 0,55 mg;
• Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) - 1,25 µg.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, with a glass of water.
