Composition
Per 25 drops:

• Melatonin - 1 mg
•  Stabilizer: glycerol, purified water, natural aroma, acidifier: citric acid, melatonin, preservatives: potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate.

Dosage and Administration
Take 25 drops neat or diluted in water. Shake before use to facilitate even distribution of melatonin. The beneficial effect to reduce the time needed to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1mg of melatonin before bedtime.
