Composition
For 6 tablets:

• Humulus lupulus, Hops - 450 mg;
• Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora - 348 mg;
• Leonoris cardiaca, Agripalma - 204 mg;
• Concentrated extract of Valeriana officinalis, Valerine - 60 mg (corresponding to 300 mg of the plant);
• Niacin (nicotinamide) - 26,94 mg (168,4% DDR*);
• Concentrated extract of Lactuca sativa, Lettuce - 8,7 mg (corresponding to 174 mg of plant);
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) - 4,26 mg (387,3% RDA*);
• Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) - 3,42 mg (244,3% RDA *)

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 tablets, 2 times a day, after meals and 2 to 3 tablets at bedtime.
