• Passionflower is tit. (3-4%) – 300mg;

• California poppy es (0,5%) – 200mg;
• Californidine – 1mg;
• hawthorn
• (Crataegus oxucantha Medicus) – 50mg;
• (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) – 50mg;
• Vitexin-2-rhamnoside – 1,5mg;
• Valerian is tit (0,42%); Valerenic Acid; Passionflower is tit. (3-4%); total flavonoids as vitexin; California poppy es (0,5%); Californidine; Hawthorn: (Crataegus oxucantha Medicus); (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.); Vitexin-2-rhamnoside.

Dosage and Administration
Take 2 capsules preferably at night, with plenty of water.
