Passiflora is a plant of the botanical genus belonging to the passifloraceae family and is well known as \ "Flor do Maracujá \".

Ingredients: 100% Passionflower in plant (Passiflora incarnata).

Traditional Uses: Passionflower is well known worldwide for its therapeutic effects as relaxing, anti-depressant, sleep inducing and soothing.

Mode of preparation: put 2 tablespoons in 1L of boiled water and let it stand for about 5 to 10 minutes according to your taste, in a covered container.

Recommended dose: Drink 2 to 3 cups between late afternoon and early evening.
