Composition 

• Roasted BARLEY. The Mugi Tea (Hordenum Vulgare). 

How to use 
Add three tablespoons of toasted barley to four cups of water and boil moderately for 5 to 10 minutes. When you reach the desired point, filter the tea and remove the barley. It can be served plain or with lemon peel.
