How to Take / Use:

HOW TO TAKE: As a dietary supplement for adults, take 10ml -15ml (2-3 teaspoons) daily, children 3-12 years old, take: 5ml-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) daily in winter : adults: take 10ml-15ml (2-3 teaspoons) four times a day, children 3-12 years old, take: 5ml-10ml (1-2 teaspoons), twice a day, should not be taken at empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
