How to Take / Use:

As a dietary supplement for adults: 1-3 tablets per day, Children aged 4-12: 1 tablet per day. Dissolve a tablet in a glass of hot (not boiling) or cold water and thus obtain a pleasant drink with a berry flavor. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
