Ingredients:
milk lean powder *, lyophilized animal rennet, Lactococcus lactis, Lactococcus cremoris, Lactococcus diacetylactis. * organic farming product FR-BIO-01 EU / non-EU agriculture



Preparation:
- Use very clean utensils and UHT milk (cow, sheep or goat milk).
- Dissolve the yeast in 2 tablespoons of milk and then add the remaining milk (1 sachet to ½ L).
- Place in containers for fresh cheese.
- Leave at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
- When it is solid, place it in the refrigerator.
