How to use
QUICK PREPARATION: you only need 500ml of water to obtain a 850g bread. 1. Preheat the oven to 225ºC. 2. Add 500ml of warm water to the preparation. Mix with a wire stick or electric mixer until dough is obtained. 3. You don't need to leaven. 4. Place the dough in the oven in a greased pan. 5. Brush with water or oil and make a small cut in the middle of the dough. 6. Cook in the oven at 225ºC for 50 to 60 minutes. 7. Remove from the pan and cool on a grill before slicing.
