Gluten free organic whole oat flour.
High in fiber, protein, phosphorus, copper and zinc.

Ingredients:
Flour of oatmeal gluten-free whole grain from organic farming. Agriculture Portugal.
Usage Suggestions:
As a replacement for conventional flour in cooking, pastry or baking.
Cocoa and coconut pancakes
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 1 cup. of oatmeal, 15 g of coconut flour, 3/4 cup. of almond and coconut vegetable drink, 1 dessert spoon (approx. 10g) of cocoa, pinch of salt, 1 c. of baking powder tea, pinch of vanilla powder, 1/2 c. cinnamon tea, coconut oil for cooking
Procedure: 1. Put all the ingredients in a mixture and mix until creamy. 2. Heat a little coconut oil in a frying pan and, over medium heat, fry the pancakes (small portions), 3. Turn as soon as the bubbles start to appear on the surface, cook on the other side, 4. Repeat the process for all pancakes and add a topping of your choice.
