How to use
- Chickpea pancakes:
Ingredients: 100 g chickpea flour, 200 ml water, 3 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation: Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth dough. Fry the pancakes on both sides, in a frying pan over medium heat, until they are golden. Chickpea pancakes can be served as a side dish with sautéed vegetables or simply with salad and Zaziki (Greek yogurt sauce).
