How to use
- Vegetable Muffins
Ingredients: 200g coarsely grated courgette, 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 100g grated Berg cheese, 120g corn flour, 50g corn starch, 2 teaspoons yeast, ½ teaspoon salt and pepper.

Preparation: Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the milk with the yolks, half the cheese, add the courgette and stir. Mix the corn flour, corn starch and yeast. Add this mixture to the vegetable mass. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into 12 muffin tins. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC to bake for around 20 minutes.
- Tip: You can replace the courgette with other vegetables, such as grated carrots or blanched broccoli.
