Composition
Per 1 capsule:

• Rhodiola (containing at least 4% rosavin) - 200mg;
• Gryphonia (5-HTP) - 60mg;
• Safr'InsideTM (Saffron, containing at least 2% safranal) - 30mg;
• Vitamin C - 80mg (100% ​​*);
• Folic Acid 200µg (100%*).

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule a day, preferably before breakfast.

Notices
Do not use in case of pregnancy and lactation.
Not recommended in individuals with Down's syndrome (for extended periods, due to 5-HTP). Saffron, in very high doses, can be emetic, produce uterine bleeding and be abortive (lethal dose at 12-20 grams).
Due to the presence of 5-HTP, do not combine with antidepressant medications, carbidopa, dextromethorphan, meperidine, pentazocine and tramadol. As a general rule, you can increase the side effects of medicines that increase serotonin levels.
