• Harpagos Extract 50 mg,
• Calcium 160 mg (20% VRN*),
• Magnesium 75 mg (20% VRN*),
• Vitamin C 80 mg (100% NRV*),
• Hyaluronic Acid 10mg,

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 bag a day, preferably after breakfast, dissolved in a glass of water or fruit juice.
