Composition 

• Chromium (from chromium picolinate, chelavite® chelated amino acid chromium and ChromeMate® chromium picolinate) (500 mcg) and Cinnamon (Cinnamonum verum) bark (250 mg).
• Other Ingredients: Cellulose (capsule); Silica and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 capsule daily, with 1 meal.
