Per daily dose (15ml):
Helichrysum Extract - 600mg;
Blackcurrant Extract - 300mg;
Echinacea Extract - 300mg;
Histidine - 100mg;
Vitamin A - 80mg (100% *);
Vitamin B1 - 1,1mg (100% *);
Vitamin B2 - 1,4 mg (100%*);
Vitamin B3 - 16mg (100% *);
Vitamin B5 - 6mg (100% *);
Vitamin B12 – 2,5mcg (100% RDA);
Vitamin C 60mg (100% RDA).
Manganese – 2mg;
Copper - 1mg.

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 dessert spoon (5ml) 3 times a day. It can be taken directly or dissolved in water, milk, juices or infusions.
