Composition
For 30 ml:

• Cod Liver Oil - 41 mg
• Vitamin C - 40 mg
• Vitamin A - 720 µg
• Vitamin D - 5 µg
• Orange flavor.

Dosage and Administration
Adults: Take 1 tablespoon (10ml) before each of the three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), alone or diluted in water.
Children: Take 1 dessert spoon (5ml) 2 times a day (morning and night), alone or diluted in water.
