Dosage and Administration
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in approximately 100-150 ml of still water or fruit juice, every day, and take it with or after a meal, together with the tablet and capsules.

Orthomol cardio is not a complete food, so it cannot be used as a sole food source.
It is lactose and gluten free.
This product contains readily available carbohydrates. In case of impaired glucose tolerance, take Orthomol cardio only under careful metabolic control.
This product contains iodine. If you suffer from an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), consult your doctor before taking Orthomol Cardio.
When taking Orthomol Cardio, occasionally a little flatulence with reflux (with a slight taste of its own) may occur due to the fish oil (omega-3 fatty acids) present in the capsules.
