Zinc is a mineral necessary for regular metabolism and healthy cellular function. It is also necessary to help maintain normal levels of vitamin E in the blood, since zinc deficiency slows the absorption of this vitamin.

Indicated in situations of delayed growth and development in general, certain psychological disorders, immune dysfunction, dermatitis, alopecia, diarrhea due to zinc deficiency, deficient spermatogenesis, atrophy of the gonads.

In beta thalassemia, it can be beneficial, when associated with vitamin E, given the antioxidant activity of both. It helps to avoid congenital malformations.
On average, 15 to 20 mg of zinc are needed per day.




DOSAGE:
Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times a day
