 Composition
For 3 capsules:

• Pumpkin Seed Oil - 300mg
• Palm oil - 300 mg
• Onion concentrate - 225 mg
• Small wild fish oil - 210 mg
• Borage Oil (20% AGL) PF - 150 mg
• Total yam extract - 150 mg
• Sea lettuce (traces of crustacean) - 150 mg
• Vitamin E of plant origin - 10 mg
• Marine Carotene (Pro Vit A) - 4,8 mg
• Lauric and palmitic phytosterols - 240 mg
• Phytosterols AGL (A. Gamol Linolenic) - 30 mg,
• O 9 (oleic) - 195 mg,
• OMEGA 3 - 72 mg, of which EPA / DHA - 55 mg 

Dosage and Administration 
From 50 to 60 years: take 2 capsules a day with main meals. The dose can be increased to 3 capsules a day after age 60. There can be a one-week break between each box.
