Composition 

• Palm Sap Syrup and Maple Sap Syrup.

Dosage and Administration 
To a 1,5 L bottle of water, add 8 to 10 tablespoons of sap syrup, the same amount of fresh lemon juice and 1/6 of a coffee spoon of cayenne pepper. Daily Dose: Drink 7 to 10 glasses a day.

Drink preparation - For a large glass of water (330 ml) 2 tablespoons (12 ml) of sap syrup, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and a pinch of cayena pepper.
For a 1,5l (1500 ml) bottle of water 8 tablespoons (60 ml) of Sap Syrup, 8 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
If you want to replace all meals you should drink 2 to 3 L of drink per day.
