Composition 

• (Valeriana officinalis L.) dry extract (4:1) of root standardized to 0,3% valerenic acids; Passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L.) dry extract (5:1) of aerial parts standardized to 2% flavonoids; Lemongrass (Melissa officinalis L.) dry extract (5:1) of the leaf standardized to 2,5% rosmarinic acid; Ashwagandha (whitania somnifera (L.) Dunal) dry extract (6:1) of the root standardized to 1,5% vitanolides; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (glazing agent); Bacopa (bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennel) dry extract (20:1) of aerial parts standardized to 20% bacosides; L-Theanine (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaf); magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agents).

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 vegic capsule 2 times a day, after meals.
