- Ccombines fast-absorbing carbohydrates – maltodextrin and fructose – ideal for providing a quick boost of energy and delaying the onset of fatigue in athletes. 
- The junction of maltodextrin and fructose causes its osmolality to be lower, so it becomes lighter in digestion. 

Composition 

• Maltodextrin, water, fructose powder, aroma, sea salt.

How to use 
Consume 1 gel per hour of endurance exercise; it is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each gel consumed, to facilitate ingestion.

It can be taken in any type of training, being especially indicated for training lasting more than 1 h. It has no specific period for taking it and can be used throughout the entire sports season.
