INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To reconstitute, soak the rings in hot water for 5-10 minutes, until they are soft. Press to remove excess water and add to your favorite recipes. Zen-Fu is delicious in soups, stews, beans and vegetable dishes. For a simple and tasty soup, soak all the rings of Zen-Fu for 15 minutes in the middle of vegetables with 2 tablespoons of Sea Salt, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of mirin for each quarter of vegetables.
