Sonnentor Biological Psyllium Seeds 100g

Due to the high proportion of fiber, the seeds increase up to 50 times their volume.
Seeds are a good source of fiber. They have a neutral taste and smell and should be soaked in liquid for 30 minutes before consumption or in combination with plenty of liquid. Once soaked, they can be mixed in yogurt or the dried seeds can be sprinkled on homemade breads.

Usage Suggestions:

eat 1 to 2 tablespoons with about ¼ liter of liquid.

You can also add it to yogurts, soups, salads or to make bread.
