How to use:

Place the contents of 1 level tablespoon (8,5g) in water, natural juice or yoghurt and mix until you get a smooth mixture and drink afterwards. Two daily doses are recommended, preferably before breakfast and before dinner.
The supplement must be taken for a minimum period of 3 months.
