Physalis Peppermint Essential Oil 10ml 

Mint is very rich in menthol, used mainly (by inhalation) to clean the nose and facilitate breathing. Like peppermint, mint also promotes digestion and relieves heart attack.

How to use

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, 2 x daily. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea. Cutaneous route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or, depending on the size of the room. Inhalation unclogged nose: Mint OE - 2 gts, Eucalyptus globulus OE - 2 gts, Add to a container containing boiling water. Inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.
