Indication

The amount of essential oil contained in plants is very variable.

How to use

The following uses are recommended:
Oral: take it diluted in 1 tablespoon of honey or in an infusion.
Cutaneous route: massage.
Bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your preference or the size of the room.
