Star anise is rich in anethole, promotes digestion and relieves the feeling of heaviness in the stomach. It is also frequently used in the composition of preparations to calm the airways.

How to use:

Oral use: 1 to 2 drops, 2 x daily. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea. Cutaneous route: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or, depending on the size of the room. Digestion: A teaspoon of honey with 2 drops of anise essential oil after a meal favors digestion.
