Physalis Niaouli Essential Oil 10ml is rich in 1,8-cineole. It releases the breath and stimulates the resistance.

How to use

- Oral route: 1 to 2 drops, 2 x per day. To be diluted in a teaspoon of honey or in a cup of tea. - Dermal route: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil. - Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops, according to your preference or, depending on the size of the room. - Respiratory massage oil: Ravensara OE: 3 gts, Rosemary OE: 1 gt, Cypress OE: 1 gt, Niaouli OE: 1 gt. To be diluted in 10 ml (= 1 tablespoon) of a vegetable oil of your choice. Massage gently on the chest, 1 to 3 times a day.
