• ES Valerian, ES Passiflora, L-Tryptophan, Vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

Dosage and Administration 
Take 2 capsules a day divided into two doses. You can also take the 2 capsules 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime. It is advisable to carry out the treatments for 2-3 weeks alternated with 1 week of rest.
