Composition 
Per 1 spray :

• Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCl) - 5 mg (357% VRN)
• Folate - 400 mcg (of folic acid) (400%VRN)
• Vitamin B-12 (as Cyanocobalamin) - 1 mg (1000 mcg) (40000% NRV)
• Trimethylglycine (as Betaine) - 100 mg.

Dosage and Administration 
Apply a spray under the tongue 1 to 2 times a day, not swallowing for 20 seconds.
