Composition:

•  Whey Protein Concentrates (Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)) [50%], ISOLAC® Instant (Whey Protein Isolates, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin)) [35%], Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Flavouring, Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Lactase [0,5%], Bromelain [0,33%], Papain Extract (Sulphites) [0,33%], Sweetener (Sucralose) , Sodium Chloride, Lactowise® (patented blend of LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans) and Fenumannan® (galactomannans from Fenugreek seeds – Trigonella foenum – graecum L.)).

  Manufactured in facilities that handle eggs and fish, and therefore may contain traces of them.

How to take
If you train, take one serving (2 shakes) a day. You can have one shake 1 hour before training and another after training. To prepare a smoothie it is simple, add a flat measure (26 g) to 150 ml of water.
