Constipation. 

Therapeutic indications

-Laxative.

Composition 
Per 5g:

• Psyllium Husk - 3g;
• FOS (fructooligosaccharides) - 1,95g;
• UFC probiotic complex 50 million (Bifidobacterium infantil, lactis longum, Enterococcus faecium, Lactobacillus acidophilus, paracasei, plantarum and salivarium;
• Lactococcus lactis.

Dosage and Administration 
1 to 2 teaspoons of coffee (5-10g) is recommended, once a day. If necessary, it can be increased up to twice a day. Mix in a glass of water or juice and drink. Then, you should drink another glass of water or juice.
