Composition 

• Water and magnesium chloride hexahydrate.

How to use
Spray 2 to 5 times on the skin and massage the area. Small white traces may appear in the area where it was applied; only the remaining salt that can be retired.
For a soaking bath of  feet add 30-60 ml. In warm water and soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes.
