Fish oil (35% EPA/35% DHA) - 2000 mg
EPA - 700 mg
DHA - 500 mg

Directions:

As a regular supplement to supplement the omega 3 content of your diet and maintain protection for your cardiovascular system, you can take 2 capsules a day with meals. A dose of 4 capsules a day will allow you to maintain normal levels of triglycerides, so you can use this dose if you want this benefit.
