Composition
Per 1 capsule:

• Vitamin D-3 - as Cholecalciferol (100 IU), Calcium - from Calcium Carbonate - Aquamin® Red Sea Mineral Seaweed -125 mg
• Iodine - Potassium Iodide -56,25 mcg
• Magnesium – from Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate and Aquamin® -125 mg
• Zinc - from Zinc Bisglycinate, TRAACS® (3,75 mg), Selenium - from L-selenomethionine -25 mcg
• Copper - Copper Bisglycinate, TRAACS® (0,5 mg), Manganese - from Manganese Bisglycinate, TRAACS® -1,25 mg
• Chromium - from chromium picolinate -50 mcg
• Molybdenum - Sodium Molybdate -25 mcg
• Potassium - from potassium chloride 25 mg.
• Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, seafood or nut-based ingredients.

Dosage and Administration
