Composition

• Psyllium Husks (Plantago ovata forsk), Inulin, Probiotics (Lactobacillus rhamnosus PXN 54, Bifidobacterium bifidum PXN 23, Lactobacillus acidophilus PXN 35, Lactobacillus plantarum PXN 47, Lactobacillus bulgaricus PXN 39).

Each 5g serving provides: 3,7g of Fiber.
Potency of Probiotics: Minimum 120 million live cells (CV) / g (1,2x108 CV/g), equivalent to 600 million CV / 5g dose (6,0 x 108 CV / 5g dose).

Dosage and Administration
For best results, take Lepicol at least 30 minutes before a meal.
Adults: Take 1-2 heaped teaspoons mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice once or twice a day (5-10g) and consume immediately. Then drink another glass of water.
Children: Take 0,5-1 teaspoonful, mixed in a glass of water or fruit juice, once or twice a day (2,5-5g) and consume immediately. Parents should seek the advice of a physician before giving Lepicol to children under the age of 11. After two weeks, for some people, the amount of Lepicol may be reduced.
