Composition 

• Vitamin B12 - as methylcobalamin (1000 mcg).
• Other Ingredients: Fructose; Sorbitol; Cellulose; Stearic acid (vegetable source); Citric acid; Natural flavors and magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 lozenge, 1 to 2 times a day. Chew or allow to dissolve in the mouth, then swallow.
