Vitamin B12 is indicated for the treatment of anemia due to deficiency of this vitamin. The association with folic acid (vitamin B9) optimizes its effectiveness in the treatment of megaloblastic macrocytic anemias. Vitamin B12 is also indicated for diseases of the nervous system, intellectual fatigue and difficulties in memorization, as it has a regulatory and activating action on numerous enzymes. Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) is particularly useful in the treatment of neuralgic pain such as sciatica.

It is also indicated in situations of growth retardation, anorexia, diarrhea and nervousness. As it contributes to the production of breast milk, it is indicated in breastfeeding and as it participates in fertility processes, its administration in situations of infertility is important. Certain drugs like the pill can reduce the concentration of this vitamin in the blood; similarly, vegetarian or restrictive diets, as in the case of the elderly, can lead to a lack of this vitamin, and its contribution is important.

DOSAGE: 1 capsule daily with meal.
