SAFRAMYL® is a food supplement based on Satiereal®, a patented ingredient of saffron stigmas, L-tryptophan and vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions. 

Natural antidepressant, which will help you overcome depression, thanks to its triple action of good mood neuromediators, SEROTONIN:

• L-TRYPTOPHAN: Tryptophan is an essential fatty acid, precursor of melatonin (sleep regulator) and serotonin (neuromediator that regulates mood, appetite and sleep control). Tryptophan has traditionally been used to promote sleep and alleviate depressive states. This amino acid is used in cases of insomnia to improve sleep quality and sleep itself. 
• VITAMIN B6: Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine plays an important role in the metabolism of several amino acids and proteins. It also plays an essential role in the synthesis of neuromediators such as serotonin and melatonin. It also plays a crucial role in mental balance. 
• SAFFRON EXTRACT WITH 0% SAFRANAL (SATIEREAL®): According to several studies, Saffron extract has an anti-depressant action. According to some experts, saffron has the same effects as fluoxetine (Prozac®), due to safranal and crocin that saffron contains. According to various research, saffron can inhibit the reuptake of the mood neuromediator serotonin, and therefore has an anti-depressant action.

Composition
 Per 1 tablet:

• Saffron extract – 30 mg;
• Safranal - 600 mcg;
• Tryptophan – 75 mg;
• Vitamin B6 - 1 mg

Dosage and Administration 
Take 1 tablet daily before breakfast with a glass of water.
