• Vitamin B6;
• Vitamin B1;
• Melatonin;

Dosage and Administration
Take one capsule half an hour before bedtime.

Notices

• Do not use in case of pregnancy and lactation;
• If you take sedatives, calming supplements or supplements to help you fall asleep, start taking this product only with the recommendation of a health technician;
• Precaution when taking substances that increase melatonin levels, such as: fluvoxamine, cimetidine, quinolones, estrogens (contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy) and 5 or 8-methoxypsoralen (5 and 8-MOP);
• Caution is also taken when taking substances that lower melatonin levels, such as: carbamazepine and rifampicin;
• Smoking can lower melatonin levels.
