Humulus lupulus, Hops 100 mg Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora 40 mg Tilia europaea, Linden 40 mg Melissa officinalis, Lemon balm 40 mg Valeriana officinalis, Valeriana 25 mg Passiflora incarnata, Passiflora- dry ext. 25 mg Valeriana officinalis, Valeriana- ext. dry 15 mg.

Dosage and Administration
Take 1 capsule a day, with a little water, 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, the maximum daily intake can be 2 capsules.
