• ES Valerian (Standardized for 0,8% Valerenic Acid): 200 mg, ES Passionflower (Standardized for 2,0% Total Flavonoids): 100 mg, ES Hawthorn (Standardized for 1,8% Vitexin): 50 mg, Tryptophan : 150mg.

Dosage and Administration
Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 to 3 capsules, 3 times a day. If necessary: ​​take 1 to 2 capsules one hour before bedtime.
